Workers are working night and day to complete Raglan’s new Four Square in Bankart Street. Last week the car park area was dug out, underground services were installed and then it was backfilled with crushed rock for car park foundation and then rolled flat ready for sealing.
Meanwhile sparkies and chippies have been busy inside the supermarket finishing off the building. And stock has already started arriving and being placed on the shelving inside the store.
When we asked Four Square when the supermarket would be opening, they said, “We’ll come back to you on that.”
From the look of it, although there is still quite a lot of work to complete, it won’t be long before Mr Four Square is back in Raglan.
