The Waikato District Council’s urban upgrade project in Main Road Raglan has still not been completed. Due to be completed by the end of April the project is now running a month late. And although most parts of the work have now been finished the work on footpaths and reestablishment of the berms is still dragging on.
And on Highway 23, the WEL Networks project, installing a new underground high voltage feeder is also running late. The signs that used to give a completion date have now been taped over with black electrical tape almost as if there is no idea when this project will be finished.
