The mobile vaccination team will be back in Whāingaroa this week just in time for getting fully vaccinated in time for Christmas.
Epidemiologist and Otago University professor Michael Baker said on Sunday 14th that there are only five days left for people to get their first dose of Covid-19 vaccine if they want to be fully protected before Christmas. He said the clock is ticking and it’s time to start a conversation with vaccine-hesitant friends and family.

With the Waikato DHB area having 78% fully vaccinated, there are another 41,116 needed to achieve the 90% milestone. Raglan is an area with a lower number of vaccinations: To date the percent fully vaccinated is: Raglan 68%, Around Raglan 67% and Te Akau 74%.
Today Monday 15th Is the day when the Government will review the Covid Level status of 3.2 for Raglan and other parts of the Waikato. There have been no new Covid cases from Raglan since the two on 11th/ 12th November. There are no locations of interest in Raglan.
