A long held dream has come true for Redgie and Sandy Valente with Raglan cafe Vinnies now owned and run by the Valentes. The couple recently purchased Vinnies restaurant from former owner Vito Cardo. Vinnies, Raglan’s first contemporary restaurant, was established by Colin Chung in 1989 and was run by him for many years.

Redgie has been telling me about his vision of owning a restaurant and how it would be different from anything else in town. Great to see the Valente’s dream come to fruition. Sandy confirms that the couple have lots of exciting plans. Can’t wait to see the first of these emerge!
