The Waikato Scholastic Surfing Team competed in the National Scholastic Surfing Champs at Manu Bay 7 – 11 October.
The team of 12 secondary school surfers from Raglan placed 1st overall, for the first time in 11 years. Six of the surfers earning a finals placing in their divisions.
