Tai Chi Tuesdays for August

The Raglan House invites you to join us for “Tai Chi Tuesdays” every Tuesday morning throughout August. Afterwards you can join us for a light morning tea with us in The Raglan House lounge.

Tai Chi is a fun awesome exercise program based around a set of “essential principles” unlike any other exercise program and is suitable for all abilities and all ages. It’s Easy to learn – Practice Seated or Standing – Fun to learn – Suitable for ALL ages – All abilities – Improve Flexibility – Improve Balance – Help relaxation – Reduce risk of Falls – Improve your overall wellbeing.

Classes are conducted by a Tai Chi for Health Institute Board Certified Instructor. www.taichiforhealthinstitute.org

(Wearing loose, comfortable clothing and flat comfortable footwear is recommended)

Where: The Raglan House, 45 Bow Street, Raglan
When: Every Tuesday throughout August
Time: 9.30am – 10.30am
Cost: Gold coin donation

Join us after the class for a light morning tea in the Raglan House Lounge.

Tai Chi is an exercise program so if you have any concerns about your ability to take part in Tai Chi classes please refer to your medical practitioner for advice.
