Advisory: Waikato District Council, 27 May 2016
A possible Wastewater Overflow has been occurred at Whitley Avenue / Wainui Rd junction yesterday afternoon. Staff are investigating the nature and quantity of the overflow which occurred during a heavy rain event. As a precaution signs advising against swimming and shellfish harvesting will be installed this afternoon (Friday 27th).
