On the 4th September, Raglan Ramblers will be staying close to town on the Kaitoke walkway. This is a fairly easy local walk of about four kilometres on the walkway which starts near the school and follows Kaitoke Creek to
Flax Cove. As well as bush, there are several views to the south, including Karioi.
