A popular place for trucks to unload and overflow parking in summer is the painted centre median in Wainui Road from Bow Street to Bankart Street. But trucks parked opposite the service lane behind the Raglan Chronicle have made it difficult for cars to enter and leave the lane safely.
A request from retailers to the Raglan Community Board has seen WDC act quickly and paint yellow no stopping lines in the median opposite the lane. Well done Waikato District Council.
