The Waikato District’s Policy & Regulatory Committee will be meeting on Tuesday 19 November 2013. On the agenda is an update for the committee members on minor regulatory approvals that were recently granted. These include the new Four Square being built at 3 Bankart St, an extension to an existing shop at 11 Bankart St along with dispensations for the Ellmers Development Nikau Park subdivision in Lorenzen Bay, Raglan.
