On the 30th October, Raglan Ramblers will be walking from the Te Mata domain 7km to Magic Mountain. The walk will be starting near the site of the old dairy and climbing to the 327m trig point with views of Pirongia, Karioi, Aotea, Kawhia, Whaingaroa and the wind-swept mapou tree seen in the photo. You’ll need to bring your lunch for this one.

All walks start 9am Wednesdays from Wainui Rd car park (next to Raglan Fire Station).  There is no membership – the only cost is 10 cents per km to share travel costs.  Details from John 825 7866.
