Raglan Talking to Raglan (RTR), Raglan Community Radio’s current affairs show, is moving its Monday evening edition to Tuesday evening. Tuesday 19 April will be the first of the Tuesday evening shows on 98.1FM and on line at www.raglanradio.com between 6 and 7.30pm.
The change is being made to avoid a clash with council’s Coastal Reserves meetings. It will also permit more up to date reporting of Tuesday afternoon Community Board meetings. RTR, which also airs between 9 and 10am on Thursday mornings, will be 10 years old in November.
Raglan Community Radio was founded in 1994 by Raglan Area School. It later became a community based radio run by volunteers and continues its broadcasts from its Town Hall studio.
