The Waikato Times has featured Raglan in its list of the best day trips from Hamilton, saying everyone’s favourite Kiwi surf town is an easy 45km west of Hamilton. As well as the surf ‘spying’ the surfers at Manu Bay it also recommends coffee at Raglan Roast or brunch at The Shack.
Back in town the list says check out the Raglan Creative Market at the Raglan Old School Arts Centre in Stewart Street if it’s the second Sunday of the month (Next market is 14th June from 10am to 2pm), or browse the design-led shops in Raglan Wharf.
