Boaties who go boating on the Raglan Harbours and are interested in learning how to cross their harbour bar safely will get the opportunity to learn from Coastguard when a Bar Awareness Day is held on Sunday April 10.
If weather conditions are suitable, then it is planned that the Coastguard Rescue Vessels will accompany the boats out and across the relevant harbour bar.
To assist with planning, it would be appreciated if people could pre-register through this website.
