Raglan Creative Market on Hamilton Community Radio

Raglan Creative Market at the Old School Arts Centre, Stewart St, Raglan

The Wednesday morning session on Hamilton Community Radio featured the Raglan Creative Market.  Jacqueline Anderson, the Market Coordinator was interviewed about the upcoming market on Sunday 10th January.   Jacqueline told listeners how the market has expanded in recent months with stalls out front, in the Old School and out back.  One of the new drawcards has been the music provided by Felix.  And Jacqueline says it’s always a pleasant surprise what Felix has planned for the music.  For Sunday’s market he will be based around the back of the Old School, underneath the shade sails.  And that is also where Jacqueline is encouraging the food stall to be.  Gaenor Hunter’s Visual Feelings exhibition will be open in the gallery during the market.  A first for the market will be Rainer Eschenbruch’s stall selling bottle of organic wine from his Birchwood Lane Vineyard in Tamahere.

It will be aweekend of markets in Raglan with the Community House market on the go in Bow St on Saturday the 9th from 9am.
