An article by Denise Irvine in the week’s issue of the Waikato Times magazine, Your Weekend, features the annual Raglan Community Dinner. Organised for the first time in 2010, the dinner is intended as a community outreach, available for anybody who’d like to be there. The main organisers are Sue Oliver, Dave Maybee, Rhonda Chung and community chef Colin Chung.
Held in the Raglan Town Hall at lunchtime on Chritsmas Day, about 200 people usually attend. If you would like to attend, help or donate food, please contact Sue Oliver on 07 825 7906.
