The meeting is on Tuesday 9 May at 3pm in the Town Hall Supper Room. The public forum starts at 2.30pm. This is the first meeting starting 1½ hours later than usual.
1. Wharf shed design delayed. Repair by HEB for $429,723 to be done by 30/6.
2. Whale Bay sewage – low pressure preferred to gravity system – for detail see http://waidc.govt.nz/Your-Council/Meetings/Committees/Water—Facilities.aspx. Sewage leaked into harbour on 16 March at Marine Pde. Wi Neera – Marine Pde pipe replacement over budget.
3. Museum toilet twin Exeloo resource consent within Coastal Marine Area applied for. Museum progressing well and to budget.
4. Resource consent applications for 19 Bow St (Shack) veranda, 38 Taipari Av, 59 Upper Wainui Rd, 10 Tahuna Av
5. Raglan West bus shelter to be at 49-51 Wainui Rd (about 120 metres from Te Hutewai Rd stop). Progress report on bus overcrowding and luggage.
6. Water meter work started. Water treatment upgrade being designed.

8. Coastal Reserves Committee December, February, March minutes. Clarified that CRC reports to RCB.

16.Funding – $9,463 available – next application deadline Fri 13 May.
