The NZ Herald has featured Raglan Coconut Yoghurt. The article tells the story of how Latesha Randall first made coconut yoghurt for herself and then put the word out on Facebook that she had a few jars for sale. The demand took off and she moved the preparation into a commercial kitchen.
The yoghurt is available at Indi and The Shack in Raglan. After Waitangi Weekend it will be stocked at Two Birds Eatery on Clyde St and Village Organics in Commerce St.
