Police have withdrawn all charges against a 23-year-old woman who allegedly assaulted Australian and French tourists at Raglan. After an incident on January 16 in the Te Kopua Domain, Arohaina Jackson, of Whatawhata, was facing two charges of assault and one of injuring with intent to injure after the alleged assault.
Today (Wednesday 29th), in the Hamilton District Court police withdrew all three charges saying they would be undertaking a “re-investigation” and said the charges could be re-laid.
