Police attending incident at Raglan Airfield

A small light aircraft has gone through a fence into a paddock at Raglan Airfield after landing.

The pilot was not injured and is safely out of the plane.

There were no passengers on board.

There is no fuel leaking out of the plane and emergency services are onsite.

A St John spokeswoman confirmed one patient – the pilot – was treated at the scene for minor injuries, but did not require hospital treatment.

The Civil Aviation Authority has been advised.
