Plastic hunter in Raglan to give locals a hand

Plastic hunter Des Watson is in Raglan to publicise the vast amount of plastic waste in the environment. He’s picking up plastic waste giving a hand to the many Raglanites who do this regularly.

He is moving around the country towing his caravan/ tool trailer. He is in Raglan doing work for a friend who let him park his truck and trailer on her property. A Waikato Times article quoted Don as saying, “Raglan is quite bad. It’s worse than I expected. I’m finding quite a lot of microplastics – little bits of pinhead-sized plastic.”
