Meet Krishna Gotty, the new supervisor for the RAGZ Holiday Program. Krishna brings a wealth of experience to her new role; she’s a former teacher of performing arts, a gymnastics coach and has previously taught Maori art classes.
She’s a huge advocate of adventure-based learning and says she – and new Holiday Program assistant Jane Alice Sullivan – will be bringing an exciting mix of arts and movement to the program, which runs daily at the Old School Arts Centre throughout the school holidays.

The next OSCAR-approved program, entitled Bridging the Gap, runs from Monday 6 October to Friday 10 October.

The diverse programme of activities includes:

  • Monday: Mandala art and an origami paper project.
  • Tuesday: Painting/weaving and a stained glass window project.
  • Wednesday: Mural art and a playground walk.
  • Thursday: Stencils, rubbings and textures project plus team games.
  • Friday: Popcorn making and a movie.

Plus, gymnastics, singing, dancing and games daily!

Activities run Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm at the Old School Arts Centre.
Cost: $17 for a half day, $29 a day or $140 for the week. (Subsidies may be available, please ask).

Bookings are essential, so please get in touch with the Old School Arts Centre today to reserve your places. Call 07 825 0023 or email info@raglanartscentre.co.nz.
