An exhibition featuring Colin Mossong will be open from Friday 27th March at the Combined Artists Studios & Gallery, 11 Bankart Street, Raglan.
The exhibition comprises of paintings in acrylic and mixed media, using elements of navigation charts with calculations that parallel painting construction.
Colin’s background as a painter and photographer underpin the solid processes of his work. He has completed a BFA with Honours from Elam School of Fine Arts in the 70’s and has also been teaching in high schools.

ABOUT THE GALLERY
‘Combined Artist Studios & Gallery’ has opened a Gallery as part of their newly renovated Studios. The Exhibition space will run 26 shows a year of artists from the Waikato and around the country. The complex houses three artists’ working studios as well as the new gallery which will run as an ‘artist run space’. Gallery Directors are Amanda Watson (BFA) and Glen Mossong. The exhibition schedule for 2010 is almost fully booked, shows run for two weeks each.
