Liquid Laundromats, a 120 site New Zealand wide chain is setting up in Raglan at 39 Bow Street (former $2 Plus Shop and before that NZ Post).
A sign on the door says, ‘Opening Soon’. Rather than use a cash payment system, Liquid Laundromats uses a TOP UP LIQUID card which can be purchased at the laundromat. Top ups are done in $10 increments.
There was a time when there was one of most shops in the Raglan CBD. Progressively more shops open so now there is a top this and bottom that based on their location up or down Bow Street.
