Work on new sewer pipes at the end of Lorenzen Bay Rd has created a muddy mess for residents to contend with. While the new sewage pumping station at the end of Lorenzen Bay Rd is now complete, the associated work undertaken during the recent wet weather has made life difficult for residents living right next to it.
At the June Meeting of the Community Board, Waikato District Council Water & Facilities GM Richard Bax said that it was expected that the work would be completed in July and that other work had been deferred until later in the year when the weather would be better.
