The agenda, out in several parts this time (Holiday Park accounts still to come – this afternoon part 2 was put on-line), is very short, but includes –
- Sewage spills – 10 in February, 3 in March, 26 in last 12 months.
Youth Action Group – no project application form from Raglan Area School meeting. - Raglan Coastal Reserves Minutes – 13 Mar and 14 Apr – commercial use of reserves referred to RCB for wider consultation, freedom camping and vehicles on beach discussed.
- Discretionary fund has $3,591. Next deadline for applications 7 July.
Road names – Lisa and Rangi supplying names. - T-Bar Swings – “Swings throughout the District have been replaced.” [not those at Scout Hut]
- Chamber of Commerce and Waikato Playcentre Association will speak.
Eroding banks – planting to be done over winter. - Councillor’s report – 3 page list and photos, including Annual Plan (submissions close 9am Monday), water meters and memorial seat.
- Raglan Naturally community open day and shared lunch will be on Sun 21 May at Poihakena Marae.
Should WED be taking up these, or any other issues missing from the agenda, such as mowing, freedom camping patrols, Karioi track, toilets, glyphosate, DHB Consumer Council, Trails Strategy, bike track, volunteer worker safety, stormwater daylighting, buses, parking, social housing, parking infringement money, harbour lease, land disposal of sewage?
