Update from Bexie

Stalls

If you are interested in having a stall and haven’t let me know, please do. I’m probably wondering why I haven’t heard from you! Stallholders, what is your message? Please let me know.. We will be creating a scavenger hunt-type quiz card to encourage people to visit each of the stalls. What will you be sharing that can be included? ie… Maui’s Dolphin facts, marine facts, flyers and handouts, suggested actions, etc… Please use this event to tell our community what they can DO to support.

Friday Dinner
On Friday, March 1st, we will have a stakeholders dinner. It’ll be $15 a head and numbers are limited so please RSVP. The evening will consist of a meet and greet, vegetarian meal, a short film, and a Maui’s Dolphin action-planning session. The aim will be to work together more and also share ideas for what we can DO. Please RSVP for more info…

Sunday Demonstration
Our Sunday event has changed to Saturday at 5pm. We will be creating a ‘human dolphin’ aerial photo on the beach directly following Maui’s Dolphin Day. Please stick around for this event.

Support
And finally, the big day will be a busy one. Any volunteers that can help set-up and take-down are welcome! There will be several food stalls at the day, all of them fundraising for local causes, so please support.

**Can you donate prizes? We need prizes for our raft race and fashion show… Cash prizes, gift cards, tee-shirts… Please support our FREE event by donating a prize.
