Amelia Penfold singing at the Raglan Creative Market

Tom McCormick is starting a new series of intimate Unplugged Concerts at the Raglan Old School Arts Centre. First up are Amelia Penfold and Brenna Stephenson on the 28th March.

Raglan muso Dave Maybee says, “Amelia can naturally combine all the elements of songwriting and performance. She has a great voice, the ability to write a catchy lyric and a whole song that makes sense.”

Brenna says she’s influenced by the songs of yesterday: Pioneers like Dylan, the Beatles, Paul Simon, and of course, the King himself, Elvis. Her singing is an effortless blend of folk and blues over a backdrop of simplicity.

Doors will open at 7.30pm with the licensed bar open and refreshments available.
Entry $15 Raglan Old School Arts Centre, 5 Stewart St, Raglan
