Today visitors to Lugtons Real Estate’s Raglan office at 31 Bow Street were greeted by a locked door. Instead of seeing a photo gallery of properties for sale in the window, there was a simple notice directing people to phone a Hamilton number, 07 823 8300, the phone number for Lugton’s Central Hamilton office. The rumour around town is that the Lugtons’ Raglan office is closed for good.
