On the 28th June Raglan Ramblers will be walking Raglan’s beaches from Kopua to Ngarunui. Raglan has six kilometres of sand, stretching from town to the Bryant Reserve. The Elephant Rock is emerging again; it’s always changing; sometimes nearly all sand, at other times with many more rocks. Some Ramblers will kayak across the harbour.
There is no membership – the only cost is 10 cents per km to share travel costs. Details from John 825 7866. Check out Raglan Ramblers on Facebook-https://www.facebook.com/RaglanRamblers/. Most walks start at 9am from the James St/ Wallis St corner near Catholic church.
