On the 30th January, Raglan Ramblers will be visiting Lake Kainui. This walk is round the three kilometre track on the edge of the 25 hectare peat lake at Horsham Downs. On some maps, it is still named Lake D. (e.g. on the 1:50,000 map.) If there’s time, they’ll look at other peat lakes nearby. Please bring your lunch.
Walks usually start 9 am, Wednesdays, from James St near the Catholic Church and the intersection with Wallis St.
