Pio Terei and Stacey Morrison will be rolling into towns with a night of laughs and great prizes starting next week! It’s in the Bag crew are all getting ready to hit the road next week. Behind the scenes today Pio and Stacey have been polishing their lines and having final fittings to their evening attire.
The first show opens in Dargaville on Wednesday 7 April at Northern Wairoa War Memorial Town Hall on Hokianga Road. The 30 person crew then travels on to: Kawakawa , Whangaroa , Kaikohe , Opotiki , Kawerau , Murupara, Rotorua , Otorohanga , Te Awamutu , Raglan and Huntly . The grand final will be filmed live at Maori Television later in the year.
This series the prizes are bigger and better with helicopter flights, power tools, TV’s, overseas holidays, BBQ’s, home decorating packages, whiteware, furniture, outdoor clothing, homeware, seafood, games and travel prizes up for grabs!
“We’re the only genuine NZ show that actually gives away things and has a lot of laughs doing it!” chuckles Pio Terei.
“And if you can’t make the show for the chance to compete on stage you can enter our online Web Bag comp and Stacey and I will play for you!” he adds.

Each show contestants are chosen from the audience in a warm up game before shooting starts.
“Be ready for an evening of lively audience participation! And do your homework! Pio and I present the show in both Te Reo and English and the questions are mix of local, national and general knowledge.” Says Stacey. “Oh and remember to look your best your going to be on TV” she adds.
Shows are pre-recorded live in front of local audiences and last year attracted sell out crowds! Because we’re shooting live I’m afraid we have to ask you to leave the little ones at home – so no tamariki under eight please.
