This Christmas, Raglan’s kanuka trees seem to be in peak flower right on Christmas Day. And the Mondays’ wind has seem many of the petals float to the ground creating beds of what looks like snow flakes. Up on the trees there are still lots of flowers in full blossom for the tuis and fantails to enjoy and for us to admire.
Raglan escaped most of the rain from the remains of tropical Cyclone Evan and Christmas Day should be mainly fine in and around Raglan. The humid northeasterlies will continue.
Merry Christmas from the Raglan Website.
