A new exhibition called, ‘The Inner Garden’ opens on Saturday October 30th at the Combined Artists Gallery in Bankart Street, Raglan. Artist Jane Galloway believes that painting is an important medium for thinking about our yearning for life’s deeper meaning. She has used the medium of monoprint, with its unpredictable effects, and intuition, rather than reference to the physical world, to produce images which transform the act of painting into a discovery of moments of beauty.
