The School Holiday Music Program INSPIRE! with Ruth Power is back these holidays! At Raglan Old School Arts Centre.
Kids will get to explore music with games, crafts and creating an original song and accompanying music video that they’ll get to show off to their friends and family once completed. The dates of the holiday program are 17-19th April and include an option of morning or afternoon sessions. For ages 8 to 11.

This holiday program inspires young people in Raglan to explore and pursue the art of music with activities, instruction and exploration.

Through a mixture of tactile, sensory and creative activities these young people will build their knowledge of musical genres, different instruments, songwriting and music technology to develop their skills in critical listening, composition and collaboratively working toward an end goal: writing, performing and recording an original song and music video!

Learn something new these holidays and discover the fun of music creation! Work with your peers and two professional music tutors to create an original track and accompanying music video! 

All attendees will sing or play an instrument in the recording, NO PRIOR MUSICAL EXPERIENCE NEEDED!
