Harcourts is thrilled to announce we are now a primary sponsor of Raglan and other clubs in the Surf Life Saving Northern Region.

It means Surf Life Saving Northern Region can continue to do its amazing work patrolling Raglan and the beaches north keeping Kiwi families safe.

Harcourts Northern Region Business Development Manager Debbie Brett says Surf Life Saving is hugely important to our local community and across NZ.

“The Northern Region beaches are perceived to be safe and family friendly, and this is mostly true, but with tens of thousands of people visiting every year there are near misses and the work of Surf Life Saving is vital. “There are 1,300 lifeguards on active duty in the Northern Region and in the previous season they collectively saved 643 lives and kept 131,649 people safe by preventative actions. Kiwis wouldn’t be without them, and that’s why Harcourts is offering our sponsorship,” Debbie Brett says.

Every Harcourts business owner from across Auckland and Northland has stepped forward to offer financial support.

“We couldn’t be more delighted to be partnering with Harcourts as our primary sponsor in the Northern Region says Pam Elgar,” Chief Executive of Surf Life Saving Northern Region.

“Harcourts is a wonderful alignment for us, having once again won Most Trusted Real Estate Brand in the latest Reader’s Digest survey. At Surf Life Saving Northern Region we are volunteer led and professionally managed, and, with Harcourts being so committed to community engagement, we know that this partnership will impact at every level.”

Surf life savers are one of the most trusted groups in New Zealand and Debbie Brett says trust is paramount to Harcourts.

“At Harcourts we have an absolute focus on creating a relationship of trust and respect with every single person who uses our services. We also actively support our communities and the groups, such as Surf Life Saving Northern Region, that make such a difference to people’s lives.”
