There are now two fresh faces on the Raglan Community Board with the provisional result giving a strong 36.4% to Lisa Thomson. For the second position currently Kelly Clarkson has it with 24%, although with Peter Haworth close behind on 22.6% this position will need confirmation after special votes are counted. Whatever the final result there will be two fresh faces on the Board. With only about 36% voting overall, the turnout is still very low.

The by-election was required as a result of the resignation of two community board members, Linda Cole and Jon Taylor.
