The busy scene on the wharf, this morning at Raglan Seafoods, indicates that many people in Raglan will be having fresh or smoked fish or other kai moana fro Christmas dinner. When I first visited at 7.00am the smoker was going at full capacity and the lads were busy preparing fresh fish for customers. Later in the morning the queue of customers was out the door. The shop area has just been expanded with a new chiller cabinet stocked with seafood kebabs ready for the BBQ and in the prep. area more kebabs were being made to replenish those being sold.
