190 riders set off just after 10am from the Fire Station carpark on Wainui Road, Raglan this morning. After thirty minutes the leading riders were half way round the circuit at the Ruapuke Motor Camp.
Riders headed out and up Te Hutewai Road and after the sealed section got their first taste of gravel. At Ruapuke there is a brief section of sealed road before the gravel starts again for the coast ride back to Raglan. The finish is in the Te Kopua Domain near the entrance to the Kopua Holiday Park.
