Thieves raided the Fallenfront clothing store on Wainui Rd at 2am on Thursday 15th March. The ram raid was similar to the burglary at the shop on Waitangi Day, when over $3000 of clothing was stolen.
There were no witnesses to the latest raid and Waikato police Senior Sergeant Simon Cherry said police were appealing for anyone with information or sightings to contact police.
CCTV captured the thieves’ vehicle – it was either a white Honda or Nissan sedan with a damaged tail light and missing a front left hubcap. There may have been three or four people in it.
