A New Zealand singer now based in Bend Oregon, Erin Cole-Baker toured in France late last year with a successful series of Gigs (See video clip below). And on the 26th February she will be playing at the Orca in Raglan.

Cole-Baker learned classical piano from the age of five and when her interests started to change, she ventured into jazz and improvisation which led her to play in Jazz festivals around New Zealand. When Erin left home at eighteen she picked up the guitar again – a piano wasn’t around – so she got more proficient on guitar and the songs started to come. The more songs she wrote the more in love with music she fell.
