Easter Update from Waikato District Council and Xtreme Zero Waste
In Raglan – blue rubbish bags are being collected on the normal days set for the Covid-19 emergency. There is no change to your current lockdown rubbish and food waste kerbside collection schedule during Easter. Please continue to hold on to your clean recycling, Xtreme Zero Waste will let you know when they are able to collect it.
KERBSIDE COLLECTIONS CONTINUING for Foodwaste and Pre-paid bags ONLY are as follows:
Existing Tuesday and Wednesday Collections will now be WEDNESDAYS
Existing Thursday and Friday Collections will now be FRIDAYS
NO COLLECTION OF RECYCLABLES (Glass, Plastics, Ali Cans, Tin, Paper or Cardboard) XZW are asking you to store your recycling for collection and processing at a later date. This means you’ll all need to give it an extra wash and squashing for best storage at home.

• Mini-skip available for Pre-paid bags at Xtreme Zero Waste gate.
• RURAL DROP OFFS: Te Uku, Te Mata, Your recycling drop off centres are now CLOSED. Please store your recycling at home.
• XZW are setting up mini skips for PRE-PAID BAGGED WASTE ONLY AT:

Maungatawhiri Road Junction,
Waitetuna School.
