Drillship steaming towards Oil Free Seas Flotilla

Anadarko’s drillship, Bob Douglas is steaming towards the Oil Free Seas Flotilla. People on the Flotilla say it looks like a tanker with a block of flats on top and the eiffel tower on top of that.

The support vessel, Hart Tide has told the Flotilla “…however if you remain over the drill site you will be interfering with our work…be aware, for your own safety”.

Bunny McDiarmid of GreenPeace has told Hart Tide, “You are not wanted and not welcome in the beautiful waters of Aotearoa…We will not be moving”. At alst reportthe Noble Bob Douglas drill ship is 1.4 nautical miles away from Flotillas off the Raglan Coast.
