Delay with Raglan building consents

Waikato District Council says that they are currently receiving an extremely high number of building consent applications for Raglan and other parts of the Waikato. As a result, it is currently taking longer than 20 days to process each consent.

The Council says not to be concerned if your consent has not been allocated before this time. WDC says they are doing everything they can to get consents out quickly. A Council spokesperson thanked people waiting for their patience.
