The holiday season is here and this means a closures for Raglan and other Waikato District Council offices, libraries and some services. The Council says that their essential services will still be available to keep Raglan an other parts of the district running over the holidays.

WDC phone service will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for any urgent enquiries. This includes noise control, urgent dog or animal calls, requests for cemetery assistance (burials), etc.

For non-urgent requests that require attention, orif have questions regarding one of our services (rubbish, recycling, billing etc.) you can log a request via the WDC online Report it tool.
You can also report it through the Antenno app.

The Raglan office and other offices will be closed from 5pm, Friday 20 December 2024,and re-open Monday 6 January 2025.

For kerbside services there will be some changes to weekly collections over the 2024/2025 holiday period.
