Waikato District Council contractors arrived in Wainui Road, Raglan on Monday, to install a water restriction sign with a moveable pointer. Currently it points to blue with people being advised that limited use of garden sprinklers is OK. It seems strange that Council decided to install this sign behind a lamp post so its view is partly restricted from passing motorists. Good to see Council is ready for a long dry summer. After all of this rain we need it.
