After advising that a Summary of of Submissions for District Plan change on Rural and Coastal Subdivision was available, Waikato District Council had to withdraw it when they found errors in the summary. These errors have now been corrected and WDC has issued this public notice:
District Wide Growth and Rural and Coastal Subdivision
The Waikato District Council has prepared a Summary of Decisions Requested by Submitters to Variation 16: District Wide Growth and Rural and Coastal Subdivision of the Proposed Waikato District Plan.
The Summary of Submissions is available in searchable format on the WDC website.
Copies of the Summary, the Submissions and of the Variation may also be inspected from 28 May 2011 at the following locations during normal opening hours:
• Waikato District Council, 15 Galileo Street, Ngaruawahia
• Huntly Area Office and Public Library, 142 Main Street, Huntly
• Raglan Area Office and Library, 7 Bow Street, Raglan
• Ngaruawahia Library, 4 Jesmond Street, Ngaruawahia
• Te Kauwhata Library, 5A Main Street, Te Kauwhata
• Tuakau Library, 72 George Street, Tuakau
The Summary is being notified according to Clause 7 of Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act 1991. The further submission must be in RMA Form 6 and must state whether or not you wish to be heard. Forms for further submissions may be obtained from any of the offices and libraries named above, or may be downloaded from the Council’s website.
Any person who makes a further submission to the Council must, within five working days, serve a copy of the further submission on the person who made the original submission.
All further submissions must be received no later than 13 June 2011 by the Waikato District Council at one of the following addresses for service:
