Bold & Beautiful, August Art Exhibition by Bridget, will be on at the Raglan Old School Arts Centre, 5 Stewart Street Raglan.
The exhibition is open all of August but visit on the weekend 3rd & 4th to see Bridget in action at the easel.

With a house exploding with oil paintings, it was good timing to hold her first Raglan Art exhibition in August. Bridget has painted most of her life; she enjoys colour, texture in oils on canvas and various subjects, depending on what is happening in life at the time. More commonly, this artist loves to paint birds, landscapes and flowers.
After being a part-timer in Raglan for more
than four years, Bridget and her partner Greg, Bridget’s two daughters, plus
Greg’s three kids who visit in the weekends, moved permanently in
February. Bridget says, it has been a fabulous six months of being
settled and enjoying all the exciting things Raglan has to offer. It is a total
lifestyle town, where I have quickly met like-minded people. Bridget has her
own massage studio on Government Road and offers a selection of services to
clients with her healing hands.
The best things she
has liked about Raglan so far is the freedom to express her talents through her
artwork, with inspiration from the local sceneries and atmosphere. Also all the
amazing, likeminded, local people she has met along the way.
