Apr 7: Raglan Ramblers to walk from old dairy site to Magic Mountain

Along the way there are views of Pirongia, Karioi, Aotea, Kawhia, Whaingaroa and the wind-swept mapou tree

On the 7th April, Raglan Ramblers will be walking seven kilometres from Te Mata domain to Magic Mountain. They will be starting near the site of the 1901 dairy, climbing to the 327 metre trig point and Okete volcanic boulders. Along the way there are views of Pirongia, Karioi, Aotea, Kawhia, Whaingaroa and the wind-swept mapou tree. Please bring your lunch.

Each “Rambler” accepts responsibility for any accident or injury received while travelling, or walking over private property. Be prepared – carry enough food, clothing, first aid kit for emergencies and preferably a mobile phone.
