Raglan has lost its Century 21 real estate office and gained an LJ Hooker real estate office. The old Raglan Century 21 office at 37 Bow St operated by George Boyes & Co. Ltd Licensed (REAA 2008) has closed and the premises are currently being redecorated. The website for Century 21 Raglan has disappeared.
Meanwhile just a few steps down Bow St in the recently renovated former premises of Soul Shoes, a brand new L J Hooker Raglan Office has appeared. Although only operated with temporary signage the real estate agents look to be settled in and enjoying their larger home at 25 Bow St and the new agency name. George Boyes & Co. Ltd Licensed (REAA 2008) is now operating as part of the L J Hooker chain.
Just another chapter in the move of reatilers up and down Bow St.
